An Agent is a member of your Customer Communications team on Snypto. Agents will be able to view and reply to messages from your users.
To add agents to your Snypto account, click Settings → Agents.
You will be redirected to the agent management page as shown below.
Your name will be listed as Administrator by default. Administrators have access to all the tools enabled for your account, including settings.
Click on the Add Agent
button on the Top Right Hand Side.
A pop up window will open where you can add Agent details such as name, title and email address.

Agent Name: Enter the name of the Agent. Ex.: Maria José

Agent Type: Agent or Administrator. Agents can only access the Inbox, Reports and Conversations. Administrators have all the access that the Agent has and also access to all other Snypto tools.

Email Address: Enter the email address of the Agent to be registered
Click 'Add Agent' to confirm. You will receive a notification that the Agent has been successfully added. This agent will be listed in your agent management screen.
You can also use the edit option to edit details.
In situations where the Agent no longer works for your company, you can use the delete agent button.
